Say hello

Cortivision is known for its innovative functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) technology, providing advanced solutions for brain activity monitoring.
The latest product Spectrum C23 is a cutting-edge fNIRS device designed for both mobile and stationary use.
Targeting professional neuroscientists, Spectrum offers a high level of precision and adaptability across various research applications.
The device enables non-invasive monitoring of the activity of selected areas of the cerebral cortex, thanks to a set of high-quality emitters and detectors.
The Spectrum C23 provides simultaneous sampling of signals from multiple channels, ensuring high data quality and accuracy. With a sampling rate of up to 250 Hz, the system offers WiFi connectivity, TTL input, SD card recording, and manual event marking.
Spectrum optode bundles incorporated magnetic stackable design, saving place and
simplifying the montage of multiple items on the specially designed textile harness.
Optode bundles can also be placed on a stationary mount, keeping a neat and organized setup for both laboratory and non-laboratory research conditions. This design is also reducing the overload on the user’s neck/head, making the product more comfortable than competitive solutions.
Spectrum C23 may also extended into a full DOT fNIRS solution, delivering complete hardware and software functionality for diffuse optical tomography.
As part of the Cortivision ecosystem, Spectrum DOT complements the existing technologies and provides researchers with a comprehensive imaging tool.
Spectrum C23 - Technical parameters
Cortivision PHOTON CAP is a wireless near infrared spectroscope (NIRS) for the functional measurement of the hemodynamic response of the brain.
The device enables non-invasive monitoring of the activity of selected areas of the cerebral cortex, thanks to a set of high-quality emitters and detectors.
Cortivision PHOTON CAP is the first fully integrated environment to combine NIRS technology with Virtual Reality (VR) for scientific research and training applications.
The use of virtual reality allows for unprecedented control of the content that we provide to the test subject.
For this reason, PHOTON CAP is a perfect tool for scientists and professionals in the field of UX / UI and ergonomics.
The system provides easy integration with any stimulus presentation software, as well as convenient signal export to the most popular recording formats (including .nirs).
The built-in IMU (inertial measurement unit) module allows you to easily read the movement parameters during the test based on the indications of the accelerometer and gyroscope.

We believe that Light version of Photon Cap is a very good start with fNIRS for any researcher who doesn’t feel very strong in NIR spectroscopy.
Easy, uncomplicated montage options, simple research paradigms and ease in organisaing space on the head makes it perfect to start.
As a part of a journey this device can be later extended to a full Cap C20. It means that purchasing Light version leaves the door still open for a more comprehensive version of the system in the future.
